We all know someone in our life who is the negative Norman or Debbie downer. No matter what you are learning about happiness and how happy you help yourself to become, you can't choose for other people around you.

That is why it is important to understand why people get so negative and then to learn strategies that will help you stay healthy and happy amidst the negative people you can't avoid.

In this course we will talk about:

1. Why people default to being more negative than positive (negativity bias)

2. When negativity is actually healthy and what is a good positivity-to-negativity ratio.

3. A simple algorithm to help you deal with negative people in your life.

4. I will teach you how you can rewire your own brain to deal with the negative emotions inside of you as well. This is a skill called Learned Optimism.

You will come away empowered to have courage in the face of negativity and to dispute the negative little voice inside your own head.
